“The Gotti” homestead is a stone house that rises in the hills of the district of Guardistallo, carefully renovated between 2010 and 2011. Young cypress trees on the side of the road accompany the way to the house that remains in an open position, large, isolated and reserved for absolute privacy. The house is on two floors, on the ground floor we access a spacious lounge with vaulted ceiling, the old barn, which forms together with the open kitchen a unique and charming room which is divided by an open fireplace . The fireplace was made with old stone paving from Livorno and great care has been taken in all details of the house. A television room with a tiled stove completes the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 5 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms fully equipped with all comforts, mosquito nets, air conditioning, heating.
The outside area is king as always … a shaded porch with table and chairs, a stone bbq and of course a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool
