Traditional Tuscan stone farmhouse located within Tenuta Ricrio, in the municipality of Casale Marittimo, set in a hilly position about 15 km from the sea.
The property enjoys a beautiful elevated, private and panoramic setting, ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and a deep connection with nature.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (10 x 4 metres, depth 145 cm) with four infinity edges, perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape. The pool is heated on request (extra costs may apply).

The intimate and well-maintained garden is designed to make the most of outdoor living: sunbathing area with loungers and parasols, as well as a functional BBQ with wood-fired oven, ideal for preparing authentic Italian pizza.

The farmhouse is arranged over two levels. The ground floor, entirely finished in stone, features a cosy living room with fireplace, sofas and TV. A slightly raised area hosts the open-plan kitchen and dining space, with direct access to the garden and the covered outdoor porch, furnished with a large wrought iron and stone table, perfect for al fresco dining.

The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms:

• one double bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the garden
• three bedrooms on the first floor: two doubles and one with four single beds

All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens, private bathrooms and Wi-Fi connection.
